A favorite since we first brewed it, our famous Blueberry Lager is enjoyed far and wide. We brew it with Pilsner and Munich malts, and a balance of bittering and aromatic hops. After an initial extended cold fermentation, fresh local Texas blueberries are added before a second fermentation.
